Wining and Dining In Style

I had dinner on Tuesday at The Plumed Horse in Leith - encouraged by an Evening News 20% discount offer I spotted in last Saturday's edition. The Chef, Tony Borthwick, a holder of a Michelin Star for his restaurant in Dumfriesshire for the last six years, upped sticks and came to Leith.  I am pleased to report that a terrific wine list, imaginative and flavoursome cooking and friendly German staff made it an excellent evening. I'm sure that the Plumed Horse should do well and be a welcome addition to the excellent Leith Stable.
